FLASHINGS

Your roof consists of many types of flashings.
The common names for each are detailed below:

Ridge

The flashing that sits along the very top of the roof. Ridge flashings come in four different profiles.

Barge

The flashing that runs along the side edges of the roof. Barge flashings come in two different profiles. We can also order custom sized barge flashings for wider coverage. Comes in standard and soft edge.

Valley

This flashing sits in the internal ‘v’ angle where two roof sections meet. This valley flashing is where rainwater safely travels down your roof.

Apron

This flashing is used when your roof meets a wall, chimney, or another upright surface.
